1. Books & Journals — All Sales Are Final
Because our books and journals are printed and prepared with care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items once they have been shipped. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

3. Digital Products
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Future Products (Apparel & Merchandise)
If we offer apparel or merchandise in the future, a separate return and exchange policy may apply. We will update this policy accordingly.
